• Ensure your staff comply with these Terms

Tamperline.us is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account access due to failure to maintain account security.

Permitted Use of the Platform

• Microbreweries
• Taprooms
• Homebrewing supply retailers
• Small retail businesses

Permitted uses include:

• Tracking ingredient inventory (hops, malt, yeast, etc.)
• Logging batch production records
• Managing packaging inventory
• Managing taproom reservations and bookings
• Handling equipment rentals
• Generating sales reports and inventory analytics

The platform must only be used for legitimate business operations.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Scrape or extract platform data without permission
• Upload malware or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
• Resell or sublicense the platform
• Use the platform for unlawful activities

Violation may result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent termination
• Legal action where applicable

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Tamperline.us including software, dashboard interface, platform design, branding and logos, and written content remains the exclusive property of Tamperline.us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

You retain full ownership of any data uploaded to the platform, including:
